What is the return policy?
At OJ2H Market, we offer all-natural body, bath, and home products that are carefully sourced and packaged with quality in mind. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of these items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

At OJ2H Market, every product is made in small batches with simple, natural ingredients. Because of this, we carefully pack and ship each order to make sure it arrives safely at your home.
📦 Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
During holidays or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
🚚 Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping & handling is calculated based on order total:
- $0–$75: Flat rate $7.95
- $75 and up: FREE shipping
We currently ship to:
- All U.S. states
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Territories
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
(International shipping may be added in the future.)

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
📍 Local Pickup (Ohio Customers)
Local pickup may be available at our farm/homestead depending on the season.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

😌 Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, OJ2H Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or checking with neighbors.
🧴 Warm Weather Advisory (for natural products)
Because our products are made with natural oils and butters, some items may soften or melt in hot weather.If your package arrives warm, place items in a cool room or refrigerator to re-firm.
This does not affect product quality.
